Gautam is currently the V.P. of Corporate Development for Orefinders Resources and QC Copper and Gold. Before joining Orefinders, he was a research associate at Canaccord Genuity, covering base metals and precious metal equities. Gautam was previously an independent consultant focused on providing research and analysis on the general mining space, and more specifically, in fertilizer commodities such as phosphate and potash. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Geology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
