Jeffrey is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant with over 20 years of financial experience working with small-cap public companies in Canada. From 2013 to 2015, he was director of Winston Resources Inc., a junior mining company. From 2005 to 2009, Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer of Ausnoram Holdings Ltd, a Canadian publicly listed investment company. Previously, he was a principal with a private merchant banking company focused on financing and consulting to public companies.

He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics degree.
